I feel like I'm a tool she can throw away when she's done with me

Ok so this is what's going on. I've been dating this female for a couple of months now and it seems that everything was going well until I noticed that I wasn't as special in her eyes as I thought. It seems that all she really wants is the bare her own children and she makes me feel that it really dosent matter from who for ultimately she wants to raise them on her own. Having a man in her life is not really her life goal, from what I understand. It's just a pleasure; whereas having her own children means the world and more to her. In other words I feel like a tool and when the job is done she can basically throw me away.... Please insight me on this situation because I'm so lost on the way my girlfriend thinks...is this even normal?
