writes: i have found myself being attracted to a male colleague, he has a fantastic sense of humour and is chatty and friendly with all members of staff,though just lately he seems to be paying me more attention,he initiates silly games,flicks me with tea towels as i pass,picks me up and spins me around but he also really listens when i speak,i just sense a real vibe when i'm around him,just want a male point of view really,is this all in my head or is this the behaviour of someone who is attracted to me?all help much apprieciated

Be careful of romances at work, if you do have anything starting from this and you finish then life could turn very sour for the two of you having to work at the same place. Is he married, are you? Be careful and try out the situation and then it is up to you if you want to take it further.

It does sound like he is attracted to you, he is certainly giving the signs he is anyway. But make sure you are just not mistaking it for being friendly, as you say he is chatty & friendly with all members of staff. Observe his actions with other female co-workers, if he does the same to them too then its not just you. Also beware of office romances were anything to happen. When things are sweet then all well and good, but when/if things go sour then things can get pretty arkward for you, him, and the rest of the workplace.
