 You got to think it through first. Do you think shes happy with him? Do you think she'd be happier with you? If your first answer is yes then you should jus try and move on and leave her until her and her current bf are over. If your second answer is yes then let her know, just tell her tha you know she has a bf but you need to tell her your feelings. Wait for a responce before you act on the situation.
