Sweetie you need to find a book or a teacher who can explain the facts of life to you as you have obviously never had sex education and that is very dangerous.
Why not go back the place where you got your birth control from and get them to explain it.
To answer your questions:
1. No. Sperm will die if you swallow it. To get pregnant it needs to go in your vagina and come into contact with your egg.
2. If you are taking contraceptive pills then properly then you should not get pregnant no matter what time of the month it is. But to be safe (and to protect yourself from diseases) you should use a condom as well.
3. If you take the birth control pill after you get pregnant you would only take it for the first couple of weeks and then you would miss a period, find out you were pregnant and stop. I don't think it would do the baby any harm if you were on the pill but took it wrong and got pregnant. It certainly wouldn't kill it.

Your 2nd 2 questions have confused me a little but as for the first - no you can't get pregnant by swallowing sperm! Did you not listen at school? lol.
