I don't understand my husband's uncaring attitude.

My husband is not understanding and have no patience for our kids. I have told him many times that I feel very lonely. He always thinks about himself first and waits for me to fix and correct everything. i very tried of taking care of him and he has never taken care of us. What should I do?????
