writes:basically im 16 years old and in a relationship with this guy who is i think pretty much in love with me. i feel like i am ready for sex but have this constant self conscious feeling when doing any sexual related things with any guy as i have always felt un normal down there.i feel like i am 'hanging' a bit. is this normal? please help me.

Many women have some hanging skin, which is what I assume you are referring to. Just relax and be comfortable with yourself. You are not unusual in any way.
