I don't think it counts because I sort of gave consent, I'm annoyed with myself because I didn't have the confidence to tell the guy that I didn't want him to touch me, so I don't think it counts. What can I do to make myself stronger in these sort of situations? I don't seem to be able to say no because It's embarrassing.

Ways to say no:
-"I am too high maintainance for you, sorry luv"
-"Sorry your not my type"
-"Ah ah look but dont touch"
By saying no in these ways it makes him the embarrased 1 and not you! I am the same age as you and it works for me all the time he will probably just put his head down and walk away.

It's not embarassing to have enough respect for yourself to just say no when you're uncomfortable. I don't think you can blame anyone for sexually harassing you if you didn't say no because men are not mind readers and are a lot less emotionally aware in these situations than women. Practise saying no, it's easy.
