writes: Please help, i have been seeing my girlfriend for just short of a year now and i see her nearly every day but for the past few weeks she's been talking about moving away to university. She called me the other day and told me that she has enrolled but would still like our relationship to work. I really do love her to bits and would do anything to make her happy, that's why i would love to see her go to uni and graduate but i am going to miss her so much that im not sure how to cope with her been out of my life for a long period of time. I could definitely go see her but not as often as i would like.

Long distance romances can work and it's not as if it's forever. See each other as much as you can, call and text each other frequently, keep the lines of communication always open and the time will fly by.
