The pain you are feeling is you abs working. As you have not done sit ups before the are not used to this kind of resistance. My abs always hurt when i have not trained for a week or two. Give them a rest and when the pain dies down do some more. It always a good thing to warm up first before doing ab work like a run or some aerobic excersise or something.

Don't worry you've probably just pulled a muscle. It's normal to ache a little after doing sit-ups; it's a sign that they're working. But I think you're doing far too many and you're body's not used to this much work. Start off with 10 sit-ups take a break for 30 seconds then try another 10. If you feel you can do more sit-ups the next day, then try 20. And gradually build up the amount of sit-ups. xx

You've pulled a muscle by the sound of it, or just over worked your muscles. Take it easy for a few days, if the pain doesn't go then go see your doctor.
Once you have healed and want to start the situps again start by doing just 10 at a time and then taking a 30 second pause then doing another set of 10. Do this for a few days then maybe do 20 rather then 10. I wouldn't suggest doing huge amounts without a pause inbetween.

Wow! You are a brave girl! All that excerise is bound to hurt a lot, especially when you have never done sit-ups before.
I agree that you have simply pulled a muscle. Your tummy is not used to this kind of workout and has decided to punish you with this pain. Tell your mum what you have done (she wont be angry, I bet she will be amazed that you did so many) and ask her for a painkiller in the recommended dose, and maybe a hot water bottle to help ease the discomfort you are experiencing. She will know what is best for you.
At your age your body is still growing and as such you will go through many body shape changes. If you really do need to loose a bit of weight (and I bet you dont) your mum will be able to help you here too. Tell her how upsetting you are finding your current weight to be. Ask her to help you find a healthy eating and excerise plan. Ask her to do it with you. Try some areobic activity. I bet she will find doing this with you to be great fun!
Remember to take things slowly when you start to excerise again. Start with 8 or 10 and add a few extra each day until you can easily manage around 30. That is plenty! Your poor old tummy will thank you in the end.
Please take care sweetheart.

You have just pulled the muscles that are not used to having that much strain put on them, give it a few days and it should calm down abit if not go and see your gp.
Take care.xx.
