writes: I didnt go for my contraceptive jab on the 11th Febuary. I only had one shot before this and that was on december 1st last year.I had unprotected sex on the 16th but it only lasted bowt 15 mins and he didnt come.is it unlikely that i am pregnant?

If you had sex - even if he didn't come - you can get pregnant. Precum contains sperm and so you could have got pregnant from that. Go and see your doctor as soon as you can to get tested. And while you're there - and if you are not pregnant - get your jab done again. x

reader, anonymous, writes (18 February 2008): I wouldn't be worried if I was you. It would be extremely unlikely that you would have conceived. The progesterone hormones from your contraceptive jab would take a while to come out of your system and for your body to return to normal to be able to conceive. He also didn't come inside you, which does not eliminate the danger of conception, but decreases the chances dramatically.
Next time take better precaution. TO MAKE EXTRA SURE... If I was you I would go straight to family planning (even contact your hospital A+E department this evening) for emergency contraception. If you had sex on the 16th you can still take that! This will put your mind at ease.
