 As you said, he's got a transvestite fetish. Transvestite's are usually straight heterosexual guys and only like to have sex with girls. He likes make up and woman's clothes. That doesn't make him gay, that doesn't make him want to be a woman. That's a man who likes to dress up in woman's clothes. I don't know any gay men who like to dress in women's clothes or wear make up and nail varnish.
Yes, it's very shocking. But millions of men are like this. They love the clothes, the make up and shoes. Most men that dress like this are actually very manly. Of course he's embarrassed, so please, please don't make fun of him. He knows he's a man, he knows he loves you, he knows he loves sex with you, he just likes to wear your clothes as well.
