That will tell you what states allow marriage to your first cousin. Morally it's not correct. Your family will most likely have a problem with it, because you are blood related.
As far as sex goes, I would be afraid of a pregnancy and having a child with birth defects.
IMO, it's not right..and there's plenty of guys out there to date, fall in love with, whom you're not related to.

there are some states that permit first cousins to marry....
here's a website that can help you determine if it's even legal for you to marry. IF it is not, then I'd say no.
