Funny thing is, I can't stop thinking about her. I tried to date other girls in the meantime, but can't stop thinking about her. It's been almost a year now, since she emailed me to wish me a happy birthday. That was 6 months after we had broken up! I found out from a friend recently, she has a new boyfriend; me, nobody. I don't know what to do. I know where she works and would like to see her again, even for a visit. Neither one of us has made the effort to go to our work places. She had written me long letters about how she changed and would work harder if I'd come back, but now, who knows?? What should I do? Just show up one time to surprise her, or email/mail a letter? I'm so confused, but I still have feelings!

The problem is...she has a boyfriend now. Just email her a very short note to ask her how she is. No pouring out of feelings. That is if you can control yourself not to expect for a reply or any initiative from her. Coz if you email and at the back of your mind you expect for her reply, then you will be just hurting yourself again.
Most importantly, since it's been a year and she seems to have moved on. Don't you want to do the same? If you don't want to suffer more..just help yourself.
