reader, anonymous, writes (3 September 2010): This suggestion might sound silly, but here goes... Could you borrow one of his shirts or something, and let him have one of yours? When you go to bed, you could hold it, and it might help you feel closer to him. I did that once when I was 17, I had a boyfriend but we lived so far away that we couldn't see each other much. So I borrowed one of his shirts, and it felt like a part of him was still with me. Just a thought!

Take a Tylenol PM and call him when you're trying to go to bed. Maybe hearing his voice before you fall asleep will give you some comfort.
