writes:Hiya...5 weeks ago i told my bf that we should go on a break... as he lives so far away and we dont see each other.. but the promblem is that i have been seeing this guy (jim) (not real name).. , who makes me feel special and is always there for me.. unlike my bf.. i dont know what to do.. i love my bf loads but he didnt seem that he cared for me and had time to spend with me.. he perfered to spend all his money on drink and clubbin... i would ask him can i come and see hime but he'd always put it off.. e.g. ( im at uni then i have work) so this is why i said we should have a break from each other... in the weeks that have passed since me and my bf havent been together.. i have got really close to jim .. i find it hard because jim is everything i want my bf to be.. i feel harsh on jim and my bf.. coz im playing them in a way.. coz i cant make my mind up who i want.. help me plz.. Whatever your choice is, you need to make it quickly. You already expressed that this is hurting you, and it will no doubt hurt the two boys in question as well if it keeps going like this.
If you want my opinion, dump the b/f and stick with Jim. He sounds like someone who will actually be there for you and seems to care more for you. Also, you won't spend so many frequent flyer miles to see him ;)
Just let him down gently though OK? Even long distance relationships hurt when you get dropped.
