Some of the doctors say it is because I have RLS, others think it is an aniexty, or depression, others think it is because I am anemic, because I have ADHD, that my tonsils need to be removed but honestly I have heard so many reasons I am confused. My syptoms are, restlessness throughout the night, sharp pain in my back when I lie down, but mostly I just cant sleep, and whem I do finally fall asleep I wake, out of the blue, or from night terrors (which I suffered from as a toddler until I was 10). If there is any advice you can give me I would appreciate it. Reply to this Question Share |

I do hope you attend to this problem; you deserve some good rest to maintain good health both physically and mentally. Some good sleep with good dreams!
Best wishes and lots of SMILES.

Talk to your doctor again and explain about the lack of sleep. Are you on any medication that could interfere with you sleep pattern?
Smoking, caffeine etc (including coca cola) can all stop you sleeping. There are herbal remedies you can try from health shops and also relaxations techniques available from the internet. http://www.umm.edu/sleep/relax_tech.htm

Like ouija tables, mind reading, tarot cards, hypnosis, and/or are you or them addicted to horror movies, heavy metal rock or something like that that could be inviting demons to your house to torment you?
You have a spiritual problem. Night terrors are nothing but spirits tormenting you. Nobody can say it's not true because I've seen it at church that people can be set free from these if someone prays for them (in person).
Go to an evangelical church and accept Jesus as your personal saviour and ask the pastor to pray for this problem of yours and I guarantee you they'll go away. But you'll also have to get rid of any of the objects and/or entertainment I described before.
Also, remember no caffeine after 3pm and no bright lights on your face for at least three hours before bedtime. You can wear sunglasses inside the house and keep a dim light lamp in your bedroom.
Blessings
