writes: helloo everyone, im currently trying a slim-fast diet but i dont know if its going to work or not? at the moment im having a slim fast milkshake for breakfast, and apple and another milkshake for lunch and vegetables and fruit and salad for dinner, im also running twice a week and doing sit-ups and i go dancing and do an hour of exercise at school twice a week. ive only lost a few pounds in the past week...does anyone know how i can lose weight fast, and not by just exercising and eating healthy cos ive tried that and it hasnt worked for me... please hellppp :)

Unfortunately exercise and healthy eating is your only option other than speaking to a doctor!
