A female United States age 41-50, anonymous writes:

I am so frustrated with my daughter's dad. He's given up his rights in which he regrets doing and now wants it back. He said he'll help with our daughter. When I said I needed help with our daughters daycare bill, I told him how much, he said, I'm sorry. That's my rent and insurance. He said deal with it. Who's the one that has custody?

I am currently pregnant with our second child which makes it four for him. Things were going great. He was the guy I met, even better. Then, he'll bring up the past....here it goes again. In his first marriage, he have two. His teenage son is getting ready to be a dad before he graduates high school.

I am at ends meat. I had to move in with my parents so I can play catch up with my bills. Mostly, my daycare bill. I tried to apply for state assistance however, I didn't meet their qualifications because they said I made two much for two people (my daughter and I). I get no help from him. My family have been more of a help than he have ever been. It's not their responsibility but they are my family.

He owes me money per court order for his portion of our daughters medical bills. He believed he didn't owe me money because it was my responsibility. How dare he?

I am overly stressed being pregnant, taking care of my 2 year old and caring a full time job.

I'm tired and my teeth are killing me.

I need some motivation. My self esteem is down. I'm depressed.

I think it's time to take him to court for maintainance, or just tell him that if he doesn't pay up then he can get out of your lives and never come back.

If he's causing you nothing but stress then get rid of him.

Good Luck!! xx
