I have been told I have a high chance I could miscarry as I have problems with my Natural Killer Cells but I have no idea what that is and the hospital werent very helpful. reader, anonymous, writes (15 July 2010): in the human body there are cells that sense anything that isnt meant to be there, and attempt to fight against it. For instance, the body will attempt to fight/kill an infection. Some have stronger immune systems than others. Yours is apparently very aggresive and sometimes they see the pregnacy as an intruder of the body and will attempt to fight/kill it. Hope that helps, mal
