writes: i live with this girl that i'm absolutely crazy about. and i know she likes me too, as we talk about it. problem is, she's with someone right now. but their relationship is rocky though, and might end. they've been discussing just being friends, as he likes someone else, also. anyway, we were sitting around talking the other day, and she struck up the conversation about how weird our relationship is, and how there's always sexual tension, etc. and she was saying how over the course of our relationship, she's always had a thing for me; sometimes more strongly than others. she said that going to bed in her room and not trying anything with me is sometimes really hard. and so we started joking around about dating and sex. she was saying how she thinks we'll probably wind up together. anyway, the problem is, why is she saying all of this while still being with her other partner? am i just second string? the person she'll fall back on if her relationship doesn't work? i guess i'm just confused. any opinions would be great. i don't believe she's just using me or just trying to string me along, as she is my best friend. i don't think she'd do that. i guess i'm just trying to figure out where i might stand with her. what do you all think?

well im a girl and i know women are completely insane when it comes to men! they just cant make up thier minds. honestly i think that she will break up with her man(when shes ready) cuz its just hard to let go. she does like you obviously, but i know that if i REALLY liked a guy i would just pounce on him. saying that- if she really likes you alot she prob would have cheated on her man with you already. i think shes confused. take a chance. you have nothing to lose. do some stuff with her or at least try..and see where it goes from there!
