Either he's a complete player or he wants revenge on you for breaking up. Either way, he's bad news. I'd just say to ignore him. If he won't stop bothering you, ask him what he wants. Explain to him that your not interested. If you are interested, I still suggest you stay away. If he's messaging other girls and saying he misses them, he doesn't sound too convincing.
