Simple most effective tip. Remember you got a tongue and fingers. The penis is NOT the only part you bring into the battle.
Kiss her, touch her ALL over, everywhere. Find out where she is sensitive, what she likes and dislikes. Penetration is not the end goal, not the only part of making love.
No girl is going to mind a guy who as virgin comes to fast. It happens and since she is not a virgin she knows this. What girls do mind is a guy who only thinks of himself or thinks intercourse alone should be enough.
If you are worried about lasting long enough, you are worried about the wrong thing. Most women don't even like it if it lasts to long, they get sore.

Let her guide you through. You may want her to be on top if you aren't too sure about what to do right away.
Also, and I'm not sure so double check with the boys on the site, but perhaps masturbating about a half hour before hand will help you last longer when you have sex. For some guys it's different. My BF is a one round guy, meaning he isn't up and rearing to go after 20 minutes, he needs a few hours. Maybe its different for you. Dunno.
Also, please use a condom. They make so many different "pleasure sensation" kinds that you should be able to find something that will intrigue both of you pleasantly during sex, but use a condom.
