I think he obviously has issues with his sexuality and he'll need to work through them some how.
But the fact remains that he married you and has a child with you so he has to put that first.
Take him to couples counselling to talk about this.
If he refuses to stop and won't discuss it then you may have to ask him to choose between his sexuality and his marriage. If he doesn't choose you then it's sad but you'll have to leave him to it.

 Some men like wearing womens underwear and clothing, and the fact that he does it in front of you shows you that he loves and trusts you enough to show you what turns him on. If this is going to cause problems in your marriage, I suggest that you go to a counsellor to discuss these issues.
