 If you have cut yourself it can take about two weeks for it to heal. I speak from experience, rough sex has caused me to be sore for weeks after. Are you bleeding? Any abdominal pains? Problems with urine? If everything else is as normal, I assume you have cut yourself, or caused a small ripple (sensitive skin in there), and it can take a couple of weeks to heal.
