Yes there are sperm in precum and no it is not the same things as the what comes out when he ejaculates. Precum is what comes out during the time that you're pleasuring him. It's much thinner and not the same colour as the final product. So precum can get you pregnant and therefor, you should always be careful and use protection no matter what you're doing.
You also need to stop doing these sexual activities until you know exactly what the risks are and exacly what's going on. I'm not as good at this as some aunts, but I think if you send Satindesire a private message, she can tell you everything you could possibly want to know.

There is a possibility if he touched his sperm and then fingered you taht you could be pregnant, but less likely if he cummed in your mouth.
Don't freak out over it. The possibility is minimal especially if you don't think he orgasmed. Just be safer next time and get a pregnancy test in a couple of weeks to be sure. But I don't think you really have anything to worry about doll..
