Any advice would be AWESOME! Thanks!

Check out when and where people are congregating. Notice events that are on that are likely to be attended by many people.
The time will happen when you see him in the crowd.
Give him a shy smile and let him notice that you noticed you. But don't be too bold. Guys love to think it's their idea.
if you see him in the hall give him a sweet smile and keep on walking. The aim is to get him to start up a conversation with you. Find out a club he belongs to and join it. Show and interest in the things he likes. He's then swing into action and Voila! He will introduce himself and he will strike up a conversation. But don't be too eager or it will be harder to reel him in.
