Hi, this isn't a question, but a tip, how to get over a bitter breakup

Someone suggested it to me and it worked. all you have to do get pen and paper, and start stating every last negative aspect of the person you broke up with. name EVERYTHING. he/she was uncommitted, abusive, unfaithful, dishonest, etc. absolutely everything you didnt like about the person. You will then ask yourself what the heck you were with that person in the first place. it helped me a lot. After I read everything I wrote about this girl, it opened my eyes and I've never felt better. You want to be respected and loved, and that person wasnt giving it to you. it's simple, it may sound a little silly, but it worked for me, hopefully it works for you. remember, it's for no one else to read, only yourself. you can conclude by saying there's someone out there who won't take you for granted who'll appreciate you.
