Ok i know how to solve this..
tie string round a chocolate bar then fling it at her. When she tries to grab it pull it away. While she is chasing the this get someone to steal all of her chocolate =] unless she has it with her.. Then just tell her to stop being a fat pig and let her know you know kung fu and are not afraid to use it.

Next time you invite her just tell her to bring anything she wants "Oh and would you mind bringing some chocolate that the kids can have on top of the stuff you bring for yourself."
If she asks you what you mean then tell her that it's just become a running joke amongst the kids that they never get any chocolate at your parties because "Angela eats it all."
She probably doesn't realise that she's doing anything abnormal and will be horrified to find out people are teasing her about it.
Either that or just act like she hasn't brought anything and supply chocolate yourself in a little bowl, with a note on saying "kids ONLY" and hand her a big bowl with "Angela's chocolate" on it to put her stuff in.
As long as you make a joke out of it then she shouldn't feel too bad.
Good Luck!! xx
