writes: I'd like to re-establish contact with a friend of mine and I'm thinking on what to write in an email. -We haven't talked/seen each other for more than a year.-We are from different countries.-We were very close (although never in an official relationship) and contact stopped when he told me he got a new girlfriend. I felt I needed to cut contact to forget him and move on so I stopped contacting him. He did the same thing and never contacted me again after telling me about his new girlfriend. But now I'd like to re-establish a friendship.
