How much time do I give him? Or do I just give up?

Question - (9 September 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 9 September 2009)
A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I really like a boy who i have been spending a lot of my free time with. We IM everyday and we talk about a lot of things.

We ended up making out at a party but he didnt say anything for the whole week after. Then at another party, a lot of people asked him what was happening and i have had mixed reports back.

I ended up asking what was going on but he said he was worried about ruining our friendship and wanted time to think as he was confused. But even then he ended up hugging me and has made some comments to me since that seem more than friendly.

I have left it a week but we have just gone back to school and i now feel like things are getting a bit weird between us. I dont feel like i can talk to him properly.

How much time do I give him? Or should i just forget about him?

Lola1 agony auntIf it were me, I would work on forgetting about him.

Perhaps by seing you move on, he will become more intrigued by you and will come to whatever decision he needs to.

Whatever friendship you had has obviously already been affected. I think it is safe to say he's not into you and doesn't want to hurt your feelings.

Good luck.
