reader, anonymous, writes (6 April 2008): Well, there are lots of ways, but basically, when a boy is "courting" a girl, it generally means they're in the early stages of dating, and he's doing his very best to impress her by being very gentlemanly. He opens the door for her, calls her, tells her how special he thinks she is and all the reasons why.
