I never felt as if I was a woman born in a male body however I have always wanted to be female. Can one get approved for a sex change operation based solely on the fact that one would rather be the other sex?

Your best bet would be to start doing some google searches, and research Gender Reassignment Surgery.

It usually takes at least one year of regular therapy and one year of living full-time as a woman in order for you to be approved. You will need a LOT Of money in order to afford the myriad of different surgeries you may need, so start saving up today.

eyeswideopen agony auntTo get "approved" for a sex change you just need big bucks and a greedy doctor. For YOUR well-being you should talk to a qualified sex therapist to make sure you are truly ready for this permanent surgery and an equally qualified surgeon to perform it. Do the research.
