There are some greedy doctors, and there are some really GOOD doctors, who help people like yourself all the time.
Your best bet would be to start doing some google searches, and research Gender Reassignment Surgery.

It usually takes at least one year of regular therapy and one year of living full-time as a woman in order for you to be approved. You will need a LOT Of money in order to afford the myriad of different surgeries you may need, so start saving up today.

To get "approved" for a sex change you just need big bucks and a greedy doctor. For YOUR well-being you should talk to a qualified sex therapist to make sure you are truly ready for this permanent surgery and an equally qualified surgeon to perform it. Do the research.

Go to your doctor and tell them how you are feeling about things. They might be able to refer you to a counsellor to talk things through and guide you to the next step.
