A female Ireland age 36-40, *anda~bear writes:

I've been fighting with my at-home boyfriend like cats and dogs for a week now, and i really don't think i want to be with him anymore. Like he's coming to visit tomorrow for ten days and I really don't want him too. But how do i end it?? he's a really sensitive depressing guy, he's really lovely, but i'm just not into him anymore...i've been really cold and uncaring thus far to him, and i think i'd rather be single than be like that..

A female reader, tennisstar88 United States +, writes (23 November 2010):

tennisstar88 agony auntTell him tonite it's over, otherwise it will be harder to do it to his face. Break up with him over the phone, in a text, email, even change your status on Facebook (that one cracks me up)..the sooner you tell him it's done the better. Then proceed to block him from all of your accounts and you may have to go as far as to change your number.

On the other hand, the reason you may be fighting because you guys are apart. If this is the case, then when he comes to visit tomorrow everything will be peachy for the next 10 days.
