 first you have a meet and greet... it can be in a bar or a restaurant or at someone's house.
We used to rent hotel suites and do them there but we had more like 30 people at our orgy...
you meet the people just like you are not going to have sex with them to see if you even fit at all (emotionally mentally and physically)
you can then have the sex right after the meet and greet or you can schedule it for a later date.
after it's all done it's possible the couple will break up
or never speak to you again
but that's all up in the air depending on how and why folks are swinging.

1. You and "old friend" meet... and you meet his wife.
2. You and "old friend" and wife meet up with "4th guy,"
3. Some fooling around happens... and you and the other three wonder "Wha' hoppened"????? Then,
4. The train-wreck happens.. and the four of you say - simultaneously: "WHA' HOPPENED????"
You CAN avoid the train-wreck if you wish....
... AND, you can save your self-respect, at the same time!
