reader, anonymous, writes (1 April 2013): Keep it casual and also flatter her. Say to her 'do you know what a beautiful person you are?' ... 'I really enjoy being around you'. You don't nee to say I like you, use other words.

reader, anonymous, writes (29 March 2013): Next time you see her, wait until the end of your time together. (This way, it doesn't make your time together awkward if she doens't feel the same way.) Then just tell her how you feel - that you really enjoy spending time with her, think she's a lovely girl (got to throw in the flattery!) and like her. Remember to just say it casually but meaningfully.
