You are seeing him for a few days at a time only.To even think about moving in with him and getting engaged on such limited contact and not really knowing one another well at all, plus your ages, is completely unrealistic.Enjoy your friendship for what it is and give up on these ideas of moving in and getting engaged.

Just be honest with with your parents and tell them the way it is.
Tell them that you met this great guy and we are getting engaged and moving in together.
Im sure your parents will be pleased for the two of you.
