You don't have to make it a big thing. She's probably only messing about because she knows he's yours and it's all fun.
Just say calmly and quietly to her when you are next alone together that it makes you feel jealous when she does it. You know you are being silly but you would really like if she would be a bit less flirty.
When was the last time you spent any time with her and not your boyfriend? If you spent more time with her AWAY from your boyfriend then she wouldn't get the chance to flirt with him.

well... tbh if shes any friend when you do tell her she wont go sick at you and fall out with you just say hey i really dont wanna say this tto you but y dou keep flirting wsith my bf and also say lets find you a boyfriend and take her to like youth clubs and shizzzz see how that goes xxx let me no lol ive had the same problem
