if you and your boyfriend talk about everything why don't you just drop it into a conversation when you are alone, maby talk about your turn ons, if you're embarased or don't want to hurt his feelings remember that a lot of women feel the same your not alone, just because it works for someone doesn't mean it works for everyone, that's what makes you unique!
if you are embarrased to talk about it why not be vocal next time you are together and just quieten down or stop making noises when he goes down on you? he should get the message
