 Have you been dating this girl or just chatting to her in your store? If you've never been out socially with her then you really don't want to tell her you love her as there's a good chance that you'll scare her away. If this is the case then just tell her how much you enjoy the chats you have with her and ask her out for a drink or whatever, then take it from there. If you have been dating her then obviously it'll be a lot easier, just choose a nice moment. Good luck with everything. x
