A female Barbados age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I have been friends with a guy for over a year, we kissed last year, and we did not get together because he was dating someone else (a mutual friend). They broke up 6 months ago.

We had sex last week, but I always really liked him. How do I talk to him about this without pushing him away?

well the key here is to be positive.. i understand that this will be difficult but the way that i see it, is that you have a 50/50 chance so in a way there is nothing to lose. if you had sex last week there may still be a spark there and if your still friends i think its worth a shot explaining to him about the way that you feel..but when you do tell him dont be pushy just explain how your feeling and see if there is some mutual ground you can both stand on =)..good luck hope it helps x
