But I'm nervous about being alone and how will I survive because I can't travel back and fourth all the time. But these are the schools I wanna go to because they are the closest schools that offer my major. I wanna go but I don't have any big experience of the real world. I wanna get out and be a distance from home. I just kinda scared of being alone. I graduate next year. I think it's time for me to get out and explore because I don't never get out. Does anyone have any tips for students going to school far from home? Reply to this Question Share |

Going away to university is one of the best things you can do in terms of learning to stand on your own two feet.
You have to remember that almost everyone will be in the same boat when you arrive and just make the most of it, have a laugh and learn things together.
Don't worry about it.
