Well its not just me It's actually both of us but i react to my jealous more then he does to his. We usally only argue when we leave out the house. He says that if i was to have eye contact with another man it means i'm lusting the other guy and sometimes i feel the same about him.So the whole time we're out anywhere together we fight about was looking at what guy/girl.But the funny thing is we both belive eachother that we don't cheat on eachother because we're up in eachother buisness to much that we wouldn't be albe to cheat. Plus we live together and the only time we're seperated is if we got work or school. We don't even go out with eachother to bars cuz we get into fights. Itreat him well and he does the same . Jealousy is pretty much our only problem. By the way i'm 23 and he's26 and i have 3 kids and he has none.

I suffer from the same problem. There is no way to stop being jealous, that is just part of who you are. What you can change is how you act towards your boyfriend when you become jealous.

Whenever you start to feel jealous over something, stop to think about it for a moment. Is it a real reason to be jealous, or are you just overreacting? If you aren't sure, ask someone about it (not your boyfriend, of course), and act accordingly.

You can always talk to your boyfriend about your jealousy, if you would like. Communication is key, as they say. Maybe if he knows it's an issue he can try and help. Then he might try to act differently.

Hope I helped a little.
