Recently I met a girl that I really like and after 2-3 weeks of seeing her we had sex for the first time. When it happened I ended up coming too fast and I knew she felt unsatisfied because it didn't last long enough. Because I really like this girl I wanted not to mess up but I lacked the experience to really know what to do. Can anyone help me out? How do I pace myself?Thank you. Reply to this Question Share |

Make sure that her orgasm is taken care of before you have yours. That's more easier said than done, I know. And movies and TV seem to paint the picture that the girl and boy are supposed to orgasm together, but in my experience, it rarely works out that way.
It's hard, especially at your age. If you feel like you're going to lose control, force yourself to think "unsexy thoughts", until you settle down again. Use your hand, your mouth, or whatever it takes to bring her to a climax, then you can let yourself go.
A good way to practice is when you're alone, pleasuring yourself, and try to see how far you can take yourself, without letting yourself pop. It takes a lot of willpower and practice, but your girlfriend will really appreciate it. Good Luck!
