I am confused on what i should be doing. Eariler in the school year a girl asked me to a turnaround dance. I started off slow, because i've never had a real girlfriend before.

I went to a couple of movies with her, had fun, and i was going to ask her to prom/ask her out, but then she told me she had feelings about her ex from 7 months ago. she seems to be over him now, (few weeks later)now ive been hanging out with her some more. Now, i don't know what to. Long story short, id like to take things into more of a relationship. what should i do? Oh, and i am shy, but also im in a small school, where people make big deals for stuff, and things seem to take time.

Beachblonde11 agony auntDont worry this is totally normal... she may say she isnt over ex to get you not to rush her... if you 100% think she is over him the just ask. ask her as a friend if she is getting over him or already is... if she says yes then start hanging with her more and find stuff out about her and when you are ready ask her to go out with you
