Not becuase she is my friend but she is the perfect partner any man can have. And unfortunatly her current husband-to-be is taking advantage of it.He cheated too, he drove with a girl to his veledge where a common friend saw him and reported to my friends father who said he wants devorse.Just so you know, the husband-to-be have left her many times before and every time he would come back she would take himAlso he is not at all worth keeping: he doesn't take her out, he doesn't buy her any thing, her birthday came by and all he did was text her a happy birthday and believe me!  If your boyfriend saw her husband to be cheating with his own eyes then I suggest that yes you do tell your friend, as she deserves to know the truth. At the moment your friend is in a bad place, she loves this man and will do anything to keep him, you need to be there to support her, help her through this and try and make her see sense. She more than likely won't listen to you as she wants to be with him but just make sure that no matter what you are there for her and she has your support.
