Does anyone know of a product I can buy for my double chin w/out surgery, or any exercises I can start doing. I’m in such desperate need of help with this. I don’t even want to go out in public. Thank you in advance!

I have found i started to get a double chin a couple of years back, and the excercises i adopted are not unlike the ones CD mentions.
But the one for me i found most effective is to tilt your head back and try to get you bottom lip as far up your face as you can, as if trying to touch your nose. I normally go for 3 sets of 50.
If you do this make sure you are alone, because you look silly doing it in front of people, the shower is a good place.
Good luck.

Yes, these are the exercises I do every day to reduce my chin whenever it starts to get a bit double chinish. First, go from a neutral face expression to a wide and cheesy smile with your teeth together repeatedly and as fast as you can.
The other one involves opening your mouth as wide as you can, again as quickly and repeatedly as you can.
Don't expect immediate results, they take time but they will help.
