But he's also my assigned guidance counselor, and I've told him some personal stuff but he's always being supportive and going out of his way, offering to do things he wouldn't have to do to help me. He's really nice and I know that this is never going to work, so I want to get over him fast before I have to see him every day. I get really nervous/self-conscious around him (which might be a little odd, because I've never felt that so strongly around other crushes I've had on guys my own age). I feel a little embarassed too because he knows things about me nobody else at school does (save for some close friends) and sometimes he'll just stop by to talk to me and I get really shy. Please help me, and thanks!

BTW, I'm not really interested in any other guys in my school and haven't been for a while. And anyone who I did like in the past already had (and still has) a girlfriend...
