We stayed together for quite long but then she fell for some other guy and we broke up! I loved her truly and its been around 7 months now.. I have moved on but in the meantime I have lost that charm and that way of talking and getting girls like I used to! I hesitate in talking to girls asking them out or getting to know them.. It has brought my self esteem down and I can't help it! Need some advice on this matter as to how can I get back myself into talking to girls knowing them and also flirt woth them! :/

Your self esteem must come from within, not without. 'thesophia's' answer covered everything else I would have said.
It is very unwise to base self worth or any amount of esteem on anything external. I can't stress this enough. Society is why you think this way, society has got it wrong.
