How do I get him back in my life? I met him on facebook and he's a model!

hey well i met this guy on facebook..we started talkin and it was going really well..and he was really hot..he is an actor and model by profession..so i dint mind talkin to him..and later on he began talkin to me more and more and asked me for my phone number..although i wanted to give him i rejected saying that we dont know each other..after a few days he sent me an offline message with his number..and wanted me to call him..so i called him and he was really glad to hear from me..and from that day we spoke everytime for 7 to 8 hours everyday!!!and he began falling deeply in love with me,after few months of talkin everyday we became really attached,if i fought with him he would call like 50 times text like 20 times saying sorry,he even cried once when i fought with him,and then one fine day he proposed to me,i said lets meet first and then see what happens..we met and i made out with him,we did not have sex..he went back to his place.we stay in 2 different cities,after reaching back to his place i felt very guilty that i made out with him because i felt it was too early and he inititiated this..so when he called him i began to talk less,he stopped calling me completely,,he started calling like once in 4 months..i called him on new years and he accused me that i was with my ex boy friend partying the new years night out which wasnt true at all!!!i felt really hurt and we stopped talking..but after a few months he called me but things werent the same,he would talk a little and say he would call me back but never called..everytime he called this would happen!!and nw its been 3 months since i spoke 2 him..i saw him on tv few days back as i mentioned he is a model,and all my feelings started to reappear i want him back!! how do i get him back in my life!!how do i tell him that we should give our relationship another try without sounding desperate!!i don think he wants to have a realtionship because he thinks i am dating some one and he has moved on!!please help
