He was made redundant at the end of October but his last pay packet was yesterday and was a full pay packet. He pays me by standing order and when I checked my bank I noticed he had reduced the amount to £100. I know that this was his last pay packet and maybe thats why he reduced the amount, but he is claiming £80 a fortnight jobseekers allowance and lives at home with his parents so has no outgoings. Meanwhile Im really struggling with money. Also, his car has been written off and he got quite a large lump sum from his insurance company although Im not sure how much. At the moment, we are not on speaking terms after he pushed me over in front of our son. Access is going through our solicitors and my solicitor has told me not to make contact with him until an agreement is in place. So I cant ring him and ask whats happening with the money. Also Im unsure about going through the CSA as Ive heard that they mess things up alot etc, etc. Not sure what to do?
